What stands out most is that Benjamin genuinely goes above and beyond when dealing with property matters. He is not someone who simply sits behind a desk and delegates problems — he is prepared to get physically involved, attend to issues personally and make sure they are properly resolved.
At the same time, he has a very strong understanding of the regulatory and legal requirements involved in property management. He ensures that matters are handled correctly and in accordance with the relevant regulations, while still taking a practical and common-sense approach to resolving issues.
As a property owner living abroad, having someone I can genuinely trust to look after my property gives me “peace of mind”. Knowing that Benjamin is keeping an eye on things, responding when issues arise and ensuring the property is properly cared for means I do not have to constantly worry about what is happening from a distance.
